Pal Buddhist School

Founded in 2012, Pal Buddhist School is Australia’s first independent, selective, co-educational Buddhist school for students from Years 3 to 12. With a mission to foster a wholesome and generous community, the school aims to equip students with the wisdom necessary to benefit others. Its unique environment blends contemporary education with Buddhist values, featuring Buddha statues and inspirational quotes throughout the campus, which enrich the students’ daily experiences.

In 2026, Pal Buddhist School achieved remarkable recognition, ranking 1st among the top 100 top-performing affordable private schools in NSW/ACT and 2nd nationwide. The innovative curriculum and extra-curricular activities, rooted in the Noble Eightfold Path, encourages parental involvement and offers diverse opportunities for students to engage in drama, music, and dance, among other options.1 This holistic approach not only cultivates morality and discipline but also promotes academic excellence, demonstrating the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals. The ongoing legacy of the founding Principal Panha Pal continues to thrive and inspire its community.
